Fudge CookLocation: Pigeon Forge, TN, 37863Skills Required:
  • Attention to detail
  • Food service experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Time management
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Previous experience in candy making, baking and food prep is preferred but no required

The Fudge Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fudge flavors in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious treats and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and cook fudge according to time honored recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure consistency in texture, flavor and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed
  • Interact with customers while preparing fudge, creating a memorable experience
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals and seasonal demands
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
