Job description

TheAccount Executive IVis responsible fordriving revenue growth andattainingquota byidentifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. The scope of this job includes opportunity identification, forecasting, sales execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, define, and qualifynew salesopportunities by engaging large-sized prospects and clients, with a primary focus on securing strategic, high-value deals with new and existing clients.

  • Strategize selling approaches and revenue growth plans in collaboration with business unit leadership to drive significant business impact.Assistwith strategic partnerships and sales channels, whenappropriate.

  • Proactivelyidentifymarket trends and conditions, industry changes, and competitor activities toidentifypotential opportunities and threatsin order topivot selling strategies, as needed.

  • Lead complex client relationships and sales processes frominceptionto closure,includesinformation related to deal status, strategy, budget cycle, and personnel, and the full sales strategy. Navigate multiple decision-makers, stakeholders, and effectively leading contract negotiations.

  • Track the status and activities of all assigned accounts and prospects in Salesforce. Generate periodic reports upon request related to expected closures for any given fiscal quarter, overall prospect lists, and otherinformationas necessary.

  • Achieve quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipelinemanagementand quota attainment set byWellSky.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience

  • Healthcare experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-acute experience

  • BSN in Nursing

  • Clinical experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, GroupHomesand Memory Care

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to50% based on business needs

  • Willing to workadditionalor irregular hours as needed

  • Must workin accordance withapplicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
