Job description

TheSales Specialistis responsible forcollaborating with other WellSky Sales teams to create andmaintainquotes for clients looking to expand, migrate, or receiveadditionaltraining on their services. The scope of this job includes preparing the contractual documentation needed in support of these efforts and is the first point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the value proposition of our solutions and services through webinars and phone calls with current and prospective clients.

  • Coordinate with account executivesregardingnew salesopportunities including leading client pre-sales calls and demonstrations.

  • Utilize Salesforce tomaintainpipeline, contacts, opportunity qualification, and client meetings with account executives.

  • Execute quotes, contract functions, and sales process requirements for the business unit.

  • Achieve individualgoalofclosed business to contribute to the team's quota expectations.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Job Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs

  • Willing to workadditionalor irregular hours as needed

  • Must workin accordance withapplicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
