  • Draft and coordinate executive communications, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to support leadership initiatives and office operations.

  • Experience using ERP, procurement, and expense management systems (e.g., Oracle, Concur, SAP, Emburse).
  • Experience managing executive calendars, travel coordination, expense reporting, and financial processes such as purchase orders and invoice management.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, written communication, and relationship-management skills.

  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting executives within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong prioritization, judgment, and organizational agility in managing competing demands.
  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex environments.
