Job description

ACOM is looking for an Account Executive For an outside sales role. This person will be the face of ACOM, and so must be able to represent our business well at all times. The primary focus of this role is to grow customer relationships and revenue for the company. Pay is a set base pay plus sales compensation. There is no limit placed on the sales compensation. Base pay is $30K-$40K depending on experience.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Traveling to customer sites to present ACOM solutions.
  • Working with sales engineers to design custom solutions to fit the needs of potential customers
  • Researching, developing, and managing leads for new business customers
  • Communicate status of various projects with management
  • Communicating with potential and current customers in-person and via phone and email
  • Generating and presenting quotes to customers.

Requirements:

  • Driver's License and reliable transportation to client meetings
  • Experience in door to door or business to business sales.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with general computer programs, including CRMs
  • the ability to work independently

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with VoIP, telecom, or security systems
