Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to help small and mid-sized businesses improve operations, reduce costs, and increase revenue through business solutions. This is a field-based sales role ideal for someone who enjoys in-person prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage businesses through in-person outreach, calls, and networking
  • Identify client needs and recommend solutions such as payment processing and POS systems
  • Present, advance, and close opportunities using a consultative sales approach
  • Build and manage a self-generated pipeline with consistent follow-up
  • Participate in training and team development to drive performance

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales experience required
  • Background in outside/field sales, B2B, or quota-driven environments preferred
  • Experience in merchant services, POS, payroll, telecom, or similar industries is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging business owners
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prospect and generate new business independently
