What is executive strategy?

Executive Strategy refers to the process by which top-level leaders, such as CEOs and senior executives, develop and implement plans to achieve an organization's long-term objectives. This involves analyzing internal and external factors, setting goals, allocating resources, and making decisions that guide the overall direction of the company. Executive strategists often collaborate with other leaders to ensure alignment across departments and to adapt to changing market conditions. Their work is critical for sustaining growth, competitive advantage, and organizational success.

This collaborative approach not only helps break down silos but also ensures that strategic decisions are informed by diverse perspectives and expertise.
