Job Summary/Description:

FOX Carolina is seeking a Transactional Media Executive to manage and grow our agency business across all platforms.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for advertising agencies and media buyers, delivering customer service while maximizing transactional revenue and market share. The Transactional Media Executive partners closely with Sales Management, Media Executives, Traffic, and Sales Support to ensure agency business is executed flawlessly from proposal through campaign completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for providing best-in-class service to agency partners.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Serve as the primary sales contact for assigned advertising agencies and media buyers.
• Maximize agency revenue and transactional share across FOX Carolina, Telemundo South Carolina, and Palmetto Sports & Entertainment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency buyers, planners, and decision-makers.
• Respond quickly and accurately to requests for proposals (RFPs), avails, revisions, and order changes.
• Develop strategic, customized advertising solutions utilizing broadcast television, digital marketing, streaming, sports programming, and multicultural advertising opportunities.
• Negotiate schedules and pricing to maximize station revenue while delivering value for agency partners.
• Partner with Traffic, Sales Support, Research, and Sales Management to ensure campaigns launch accurately and perform successfully.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional sales experience.
• Previous television, digital media, advertising agency, or media sales experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and media sales software is preferred.
