POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Executive (AE) plays a critical role in driving loan origination volume through the development and management of mortgage broker relationships nationwide. This role is responsible for generating consistent, high-quality production aligned with monthly and quarterly targets, while contributing to the continued growth and efficiency of Silver Hill Capital's wholesale lending platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build, manage, and aggressively grow a national network of mortgage brokers
  • Drive consistent loan origination volume across small-balance CRE and DSCR products
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting โ€ข structuring โ€ข closing โ€ข repeat business
  • Quickly screen, structure, and position deals to maximize pull-through
  • Negotiate terms and move deals efficiently through the pipeline
  • Establish yourself as a go-to lender partner for your brokers
  • Actively network through industry events, conferences, and direct outreach

Qualifications:
  • Manage an existing book of business in the small balance commercial and/or the Business Purpose (DSCR) lending space.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent experience in sales, mortgage banking, or real estate preferred.

SKILLS:
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of real estate and lending industry.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with PCs and technical tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to customer focus and compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration:
  • Formal credit or small business banking training a plus.

LOCATION and COMPENSATION:
  • This role will be Fully Remote (US)
