Job description

Our client is a prominent investment management firm seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support key operational and back-office functions, including Finance, Accounting, and Technology. This individual will act as a trusted strategic advisor by driving core talent initiatives and overseeing compensation strategy for the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise executive leaders on performance management, organizational development, employee retention, and engagement
  • Drive the annual compensation process by evaluating market data, competitive pay trends, and complex carry programs
  • Oversee talent acquisition cycle by sourcing strategies and leading onboarding compliance
  • Assist management by implementing a performance evaluation process with feedback frameworks and employee messaging
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic business decisions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles, ideally within financial services
