Recruitment Consulting - Sourcer Intern
Responsibilities may include:
  • Matching and messaging candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Overseeing candidate and client communication via emails and calls
  • Finding highly specialized candidates on resume database sites such as ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and others
  • Building targeted marketing lists in niche technical industries for the Sales team
  • Formatting resumes and creating candidate marketing profiles
