Job Description:
Harmony Plus LLC, a leading agency in the personnel and temporary work sector ( Staffing ) in Miami, is looking for a Commercial Executive/sales specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in service sales, preferably in Staffing , Outsourcing or related industries. The main objective of the position is to develop commercial strategies to generate new business opportunities, expand the client portfolio and achieve established sales goals.
Responsibilities as a Sales Specialist:
  • Achieve sales targets set in company budgets.
  • Meet daily call and appointment requirements to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Develop commercial strategies (visits, prospecting, market research) to identify and attract new clients, as well as to expand the existing portfolio.
  • Identify and categorize the needs of new businesses, ensuring they are offered the right service.
  • Capture, follow up and close business deals with new businesses and existing customers to increase sales.
  • Generate weekly reports on task progress, objectives and compliance with clients and work team.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships through visits, calls and other means of customer service.
  • Respond to customer suggestions and requests, providing support and solutions to build customer loyalty and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
  • University education in commercial, financial, marketing or administrative areas.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in service sales, preferably in the Staffing and/ or Outsourcing sector.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to close sales in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual).
  • Own vehicle for visits and trips to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining a strategic focus on business growth.
  • Valid US work visa or work permit.
  • Availability to work in Miami, Atlanta, Texas or Orlando.
  • Full-time, permanent modality.
General Conditions:
  • Negotiable base salary of $36,000 per year (estimated), with additional commissions for meeting sales goals.
