Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments that address each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients to explore a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to executive functioning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes using our secure digital records system.
• Stay informed on current best practices, evidence-based methods, and emerging trends in youth mental health to enhance therapeutic interventions.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, strategies, and support for ongoing client care.
• Respond to crises as they arise, utilizing your clinical judgment to assess risks and prioritize client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young individuals and teenagers who are navigating mental health challenges. This population often faces unique pressures, such as academic stress, social expectations, and trauma, which require a thoughtful and empathetic approach. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• Strong background in behavioral health with an understanding of youth mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Proficient with digital counseling platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in telehealth or remote settings is beneficial.
• Experience with evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions tailored for adolescents.
• Proven ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining quality care.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and risk assessment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, determined by caseload volume and experience. In addition to a solid salary, our benefits package includes:
