The US SMB segment is a strategic growth engine for Cisco, built on scalable go-to-market motions, a strong partner ecosystem, and a relentless focus on customer outcomes. In this role, you will be part of the US SMB Segment in the West region, supporting the Northwest Territory. You will help accelerate growth by expanding existing partner relationships, winning new customers, increasing market share, and bringing the full value of Cisco to SMB customers through partner-led and digital selling motions.

Your Impact

As an SMB Account Executive, you will lead the territory strategy and orchestrate resources to achieve bookings, growth, and market expansion goals across the Northwest Territory. You will own and execute the go-to-market plan, identifying new customer opportunities through partners while expanding wallet share and protecting Cisco's installed base. By leveraging business intelligence, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven insights, you will prioritize opportunities, improve forecast accuracy, and manage pipeline effectively. You will also orchestrate the day-to-day activity of the SMB territory Pod Team and collaborate closely with distribution and partner stakeholders to expand active selling partners. Ultimately, you will communicate Cisco's value proposition clearly to SMB partners and customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical sales and channel sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Small & Medium Business customers and working in a partner-led sales model.
  • Experience working across distribution, NDI (e.g., CDW, SHI), regional partners, and digital routes to market.
  • Demonstrated success using data, digital engagement, and modern sales tools to improve territory performance.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth technology sales environment.
  • Strong collaboration, influence, and informal leadership skills across cross-functional teams.
