Building Automation- HVAC Controls- Account Executive

Our company, a leader in the industry, is seeking a driven individual to join our team and help us grow our client base. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Building Automation sales
- Proven sales skills, particularly in B2B
- Account management experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of DDC Control theory and applications
- In-depth understanding of building systems, including DDC control systems
- Experience with large high-rise buildings
- Computer programming experience
- HVAC and/or Mechanical system experience
- Tridium/Niagara and Distech knowledge preferred
As a Building Automation - Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing client relationships through a consultative sales approach. Your success will be measured through our company's CRM platform, and you will work closely with our technical team to ensure client satisfaction. In addition to prospecting for new opportunities, you will also assist with onboarding new clients and participate in local associations and events to promote our company and products.
