What is an executive receptionist?

Executive Receptionists are administrative professionals who manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide support to executives within an organization. They often coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure efficient communication between executives and clients or staff. Their role is crucial in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, often serving as the first point of contact for important guests and stakeholders.

How does an executive receptionist typically collaborate with senior leadership and other departments?

An Executive Receptionist often serves as a key liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams. In this role, you’ll manage sensitive communications, coordinate meetings, and facilitate the flow of information to ensure executives are well-prepared and informed. Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion are essential, as you'll frequently interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
