This is a Part-Time Role
YOUR MISSION
As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:
  • Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.
  • Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
  • Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
  • Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
  • Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
  • Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
  • Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
  • Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST)
Certifications & Credentials:
  • Valid Guard Card for CO, specifically Snowmass/Pitkin County, Firearm Permit/CCW/LEOSA/HR 218
  • American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
  • U.S. Passport & Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
  • Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
  • Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)
  • Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes
