Establish and maintain effective working relationships with ITS executive management and technical staff to facilitate coordination, escalation, and advancement of DHS priorities, while balancing agency operational needs with enterprise governance requirements.
- Lead the evaluation and formulation of program-related IT requests and technology initiatives by assessing operational value, feasibility, policy alignment, cost-benefit, and alternative approaches.
