Job description

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Senior Partner Executive on behalf of our client, to manage and grow a large client account, a leading system integrator with a diverse portfolio of clients and projects. Based in Ottawa, this role requires a proactive relationship builder who can navigate complex client environments, drive account growth, and collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple stakeholders. Here is what you will do on a day to day basis:


  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for one of our largest accounts, building trust and rapport with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and projects.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Collaborate on and execute account plans that identify opportunities for expansion, including new projects, service offerings, and client engagements.
  • Multi-Stakeholder Coordination: Navigate a matrixed client environment, managing relationships with both the system integrator and their end clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution of testing services across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account, contributing to revenue growth and long-term partnership success.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance updates, strategic insights, and forecasting to both internal leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a problem-solver and escalation point, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any client concerns.


Here is the type of person we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, client success, and business development; preferably in IT services, consulting, or software testing.
  • A strong relationship management history and proven success managing large, enterprise-level partners- organizations with multiple divisions, stakeholders, and lines of business.
  • Strong understanding of system integrator environments and how they operate with end clients.
  • Knowledge of software testing, QA methodologies, and IT delivery models is preferred.
