Build and maintain strategic playbooks and process documentation that drive effective planning, timely execution, and measurable impact
Lead change management initiatives to introduce new ways of working, driving adoption, and ensuring the team evolves alongside organizational needs
Develop and manage operational dashboards and reporting that provide intelligence (not just metrics) to inform leadership decisions
Own project management and planning systems as a strategic platform - designing workflows, optimizing team adoption, and using it as the single source of truth for operational visibility
Identify and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks, potential communications risks, and process gaps before they impact the team
Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships with a focus on outcomes, quality, and continuous improvement
Support department strategy and planning processes
Preferred Qualifications

You have experience planning, building, presenting and operationalizing Keynote presentations, project plans and programs
Poise and confidence to lead internal initiatives, earn consensus, and engage in thoughtful and rigorous discussions with colleagues and leaders
Comfortable operating as a team and leadership representative, making decisions in ambiguous situations, and driving collaboration across groups
Committed to process excellence, continuous improvement, and raising the bar for how a team operates to deliver its best work
Curiosity and drive to learn how the team operates, with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities and moving the team forward
Expert-level proficiency in project management platforms and tools used as strategic operational systems, not just task trackers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Project management certification is a plus

Proven ability to see the big picture and simultaneously focus to execute down to the details
