We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Scope of Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Talent Executive to join our growing Talent team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of recruitment experience who is looking to further develop their career in talent acquisition. You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues across the business to deliver an exceptional hiring experience while helping Two Circles continue to grow globally.

Beyond day-to-day recruitment, you'll contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent pipelining, recruitment process improvements, and campus and industry engagement activities that strengthen our long-term hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned vacancies, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing plans and recruitment approaches for each role.
  • Recruit across a diverse range of business functions, including technical and specialist roles such as Data Engineers, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Product professionals, etc. 
  • Create engaging job descriptions and manage job postings across internal and external platforms.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Develop talent pools for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
  • Coordinate interview logistics while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage offer preparation, support offer discussions, and coordinate reference and background checks.
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and recruitment needs.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing regular updates and candidate recommendations.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, collect interview feedback, and help drive an efficient hiring process.
  • Ensure hiring managers and interview teams are aligned throughout each recruitment process.

Talent Attraction & Employer Branding

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, careers pages, university partnerships, and recruitment events.
  • Represent Two Circles at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Help build diverse talent pools by proactively engaging prospective candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Promote Two Circles' culture and employee value proposition throughout the candidate journey.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Gather candidate feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the recruitment experience.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with employment legislation, company policies, and inclusive hiring practices.

Experience & Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple vacancies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Naturally curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
