Rooted in the Islamic values of compassion, justice, and human dignity, MAUSA serves all people regardless of faith.### **Position Summary**The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) plays a critical role in advancing Muslim Aid USA's mission, strategic vision, organizational sustainability, and overall impact. Serving as the organization's senior executive leader, the CEO provides strategic, operational, and cultural leadership to strengthen MAUSA's position as a trusted faith-based humanitarian organization serving communities both domestically and globally. The CEO will provide strategic, operational, and cultural leadership to advance MAUSA's mission while strengthening organizational sustainability, impact, and visibility. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO will guide organizational strategy, foster a high-performing and values-centered culture, oversee operational and financial stewardship, and expand MAUSA's philanthropic and community partnerships. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and emotionally intelligent leader who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day operational excellence. MAUSA is financially stable, supported by a committed and engaged Board of Directors, and well-positioned for its next chapter of strategic growth and impact.### **Key Responsibilities*** Serve as a guiding force and ambassador for MAUSA's mission* Serve as a mission-driven leader with strategic vision while attending to day-to-day operations, donor engagement and services, government relations, and strategic program oversight* Lead and support a dedicated staff with a shared vision and sense of purpose, creating ongoing opportunities for learning, growth, innovation, and creativity for administrative staff.
