Job description

Guidance Residential is the leading U.S. provider of Islamic home financing, offering Sharia-compliant, riba-free mortgage solutions nationwide. This is a full-time field sales position.

Role Overview

As a Mortgage Account Executive, you will convert qualified leads into funded home financing contracts, with a target pace of 3-4 closings per month. You will work across 35 U.S. states, choosing your primary market based on where you live and have established community connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the homebuying and refinancing process with full transparency and professionalism
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals consistently
  • Manage an active client pipeline through inbound lead response, proactive follow-up, referral generation, and community networking
  • Host and attend outreach and educational events at local mosques, Islamic centers, and Muslim community organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and community leaders as referral sources
  • Collect and review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to processing

  • Projected earnings: $65,000-$90,000 annually (uncapped; experienced Account Executives with strong community pipelines routinely exceed six figures)

Requirements
