Job description

BA with UX Skills
Product Backlog grooming Product backlog prioritization Creation of Nonfunctional requirements and Business Process Evaluation
Collaborate with the product team to prioritize the product backlog and evaluate competing requests based on each items business value and ROI
Define the sprint backlog and sprint goal and ensure theyre transparent to the entire product owner team Coordinate and plan interteam dependencies
Deliver features iteratively in a twoweek sprint cadence Skilled at breaking features into stories that can be delivered in 10 days Conduct a sprint review where you will discuss the sprint goal what was achieved and any blockers
Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance using tools including Google Analytics
Work closely with UX to validate visual designs solicit user feedback and improve product usability
Provide product demonstrations to executives customers and partners with clear objectives milestones and business value
Must Have Skills
UX Wireframing and Prototyping using tools like Figma
Design Thinking tools like Mural Miro
Agile Jira Confluence
