Job description

New York Community Care, in partnership with Amerisearch Staffing seeks a high-energy Remote Managing Partner to drive business development efforts, secure new clients and expand our healthcare partnerships. Our company has won numerous awards for excellence in corporate compliance and employee satisfaction. In return for your efforts, you'll receive equity tied to each new account you bring into the business. This position is 100% equity based and does NOT offer a base salary or hourly pay, but we do offer generous equity-based incentives.

Requirements:

  • Must have strong contacts in the healthcare industry

  • Excellent multi-tasking, self-management and verbal communication skills with the ability to think on your feet

  • Ability to stay on task and minimize distractions at home

  • Highly organized with solid computer skills including Web, Word and Outlook proficiency is preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
