Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Executive Assistant (SES Support) in Washington, DC (SSP Headquarters).


Contingency Notice: This position is contingent on the award of a federal contract.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to Senior Executive Service (SES) leadership at SSP Headquarters.
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize executive schedules, and coordinate high-level meetings and engagements.
  • Develop and track executive-level deliverables, action items, and program milestones.
  • Draft and manage high-level correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate executive travel arrangements using DTS and ensure compliance with travel policies.
  • Plan and support executive meetings, including preparing materials, capturing minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in accordance with federal and Navy requirements.
  • Support organizational alignment by coordinating across branches and providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and handle sensitive/executive information securely.
  • Resolve complex administrative issues and operate with a high degree of independence and discretion.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 6 years of executive administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting SES-level or senior executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience supporting DoD or Navy senior leadership.
  • Experience with executive-level correspondence and briefing materials.
  • Familiarity with DTS, SMARTS, and SEAS systems.
