Overview

The Sales Executive drives new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships. This role focuses on executing a disciplined sales process, maintaining strong broker engagement, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines.
  • Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants to drive consistent quoting activity.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within CRM systems.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting level-funded and ICHRA products.
Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
  • Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment.
