We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

The Role

We are seeking a strategic partner, not just an administrator. As the Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our President and Executive Team, managing complex schedules, driving communication, and ensuring that our leadership can focus on high-level strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise and handles confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Time Management: Manage and optimize complex daily schedules, resolving conflicts and prioritizing meetings to maximize executive productivity.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting emails, memos, and presentations on behalf of the executive.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange end-to-end travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, gather necessary data or reports, take accurate meeting minutes, and track actionable follow-up items.
