  • Support additional operational initiatives and special projects as the firm continues to grow.

Why Youโ€™ll Love Working Here:

  • Boutique team culture that values thoughtfulness, strategy and commitment.
  • This role offers a hybrid structure but requires flexibility for the firm.
  • Competitive compensation with bonus potential.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Executive mindset. You bring experience supporting senior executives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment and understand how to stay ahead of shifting priorities.
  • Highly proactive operator. You naturally anticipate needs, follow through without prompting, and look for ways to make executives and teams more effective.
  • Calm under pressure. You adapt quickly to changing schedules, evolving priorities, and last-minute requests with professionalism and composure.
  • Trusted professional. You exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive matters with maturity and discretion.
  • Long-term relationship builder. You value stability, consistency, and becoming a trusted partner within an organization over time.
