  • Provide senior leadership across project lifecycles—start‑up through turnover—ensuring performance, safety, and quality.
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and profitability measures across portfolio.
  • Conduct regular project health reviews to monitor performance, budget, schedule, and team dynamics.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Own enduring client relationships; act as senior escalation and liaison for owners, designers, and partners.
  • Drive outstanding client satisfaction through transparent communication, quick issue resolution, and consistent delivery.
  • Embed and elevate XL’s safety-first culture on every project and across all teams.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • 15+ years of construction leadership, with a strong focus on healthcare projects—Sacramento or Northern California experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large/complex and multiple simultaneous projects profitably.
  • Skilled in business development, pursuit leadership, client management, and market positioning.
