Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Data & Managed Care Analytics Leader to support a major health system client. This individual will bridge business and IT, helping executive and operational leaders interpret complex healthcare data, identify areas of risk, and drive strategic focus across managed care and health plan operations.
This is a full-time opportunity based in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates who can work from our Chantilly, VA office.
The ideal candidate understands both sides of the healthcare ecosystem - health systems and payers - and has deep experience in managed care, health plans, and data-driven decision support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzeand interpret healthcare, managed care, and payer data to supportexecutive decision-making.
  • Partnerwith organizational leaders to translate data insights into strategicactions.
  • Identifyfinancial, operational, and compliance risk areas within managed carecontracts and payer relationships.
  • Developdashboards, reports, and executive-ready summaries to guide performanceimprovement initiatives.
  • Supportleadership in prioritizing high-impact opportunities across:
    • Revenuecycle
    • Riskadjustment
    • Value-basedcare
    • Contractperformance
    • Claimsanalytics
    • Utilizationtrends
  • Bridgecommunication between business stakeholders and IT/data teams.
  • Providethought leadership in healthcare data strategy and analytics governance.
  • Assistin defining KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned with health system andpayer goals.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 7+years of experience in US healthcare.
  • Strongunderstanding of:
    • Managedcare
    • Healthplans
    • Payer-providerrelationships
    • MSOenvironments
    • Risk-basedcontracting
  • Experienceworking with health systems, payers, or payer-owned MSOs.
  • Provenability to help leadership teams interpret data and prioritize areas ofrisk and opportunity.
  • Strongbusiness and IT acumen.
  • Experiencerunning complex reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Deepunderstanding of healthcare financial and operational metrics.
  • USwork authorization required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • EpicTapestry experience or certification.
  • Backgroundin data science, healthcare analytics, or population health analytics.
  • Experiencein value-based care environments.
  • Familiaritywith claims data, risk adjustment, and quality metrics.
  • Experiencebuilding executive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Advanceddegree in Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Public Health, orrelated field.
