The Opportunity:
Director, Regional Practice
Location: Onsite - Client | Reading, PA
Travel: Up to 75% onsite within assigned region
Drive Measurable Change Across Physician Practices
Ensemble is seeking a Director, Regional Practice to partner directly with physician practice leaders to improve patient access, revenue cycle performance, and operational outcomes across a portfolio of ambulatory and physician practices. This highly visible leadership role combines revenue cycle expertise, operational consulting, and executive influence to help healthcare organizations achieve meaningful financial and performance improvements.
This is an ideal opportunity for a physician practice operations leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing change without direct authority, and delivering measurable results in the field.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
  • Deep physician practice revenue cycle expertise, including patient access, denials, point-of-service collections, cash performance, and revenue cycle optimization.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, drive behavior change, and improve performance without direct reporting authority.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable operational improvements.
  • Experience working within large, integrated healthcare systems or multi-site physician groups.
  • Experience leading physician practice operations as a Practice Manager, Practice Director, or similar operational leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

What You'll Do
  • Partner with physician practice leaders to improve revenue cycle and operational performance.
  • Identify workflow gaps, operational barriers, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Drive improvements in patient access, denials, collections, and other key front-end metrics.
  • Lead onsite coaching, training, and change management initiatives.
  • Standardize best practices across practices and support operational transformation efforts.
  • Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, technology, and client leadership teams to achieve performance goals
