Description:

The SKA Global Manager provides spiritual, strategic, and operational leadership for SKA Global. This role translates executive vision into structured systems, scalable curriculum initiatives, partner development strategy, and revenue growth while ensuring alignment with KCM mission and values.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP

  • Responsible for managing and executing the delegated vision for all SKA Global initiatives from production to completion.
  • Lead, write, and develop SKA curriculum, including books, lessons, scripts, music concepts, digital resources, and multimedia teaching materials.
  • Ensure alignment of SKA messaging with KCM values and spiritual direction.
  • Minister on behalf of KCM and SKA with grace, professionalism, and spiritual sensitivity.
  • Oversee social media direction, content themes, and brand engagement.
  • Manage SKA product development proposals, timelines, and budget coordination.
  • Provide reports, recommendations, and ministry insights for leadership to strengthen content strategy and operational outcomes.
  • Develop departmental systems, procedures, and workflow structures.
  • Ensure cross-department alignment with Communications and other ministry teams.
  • Oversee curriculum direction and brand integrity (final approval resides with Executive Producer).
  • Drive profitability and growth strategy for SKA Global initiatives.
  • Utilize AI production processes, understand AI ethics, and proactively identify tools and solutions to utilize AI effectively.

MINISTRY REPRESENTATIVE

  • Lead Ministry representative for SKA Global in ministry environments as directed.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with partners, churches and ministries.
  • Support domestic and international ministry travel as needed.  
  • Maintain alignment with KCM spiritual leadership and departmental direction, ensuring ministry excellence and unity.

LEADERSHIP

  • Supervise the SKA Global Project Manager and oversee project flow, execution, and ministry timelines.
  • Provide coaching, goal setting, and performance accountability.
  • Collaborate with Director of Strategic Operations on hiring needs for departmental staff.
  • Ensure the SKA team remains aligned with executive priorities, timelines, and spiritual direction.
  • Lead and manage curriculum: writers, contractors, and creative contributors.

FINANCIAL

  • Develop and manage annual SKA Global budget with oversight from the Director of Strategic Operations.
  • Monitor spending and ensure excellent stewardship of all ministry resources.
  • Provide financial reporting to Director of Strategic Operations.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities that support growth and long-term sustainability.


Requirements:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Communications, Theology, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years’ experience in curriculum development, children’s ministry, or media production.
  • 3+ years leadership experience required; 5-7 years ministry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in children’s ministry and curriculum development are strongly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong creative writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI technologies, with ongoing engagement in emerging AI tools and practices to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement through ethical use.
  • Strong familiarity with Commander Kellie and Superkid Academy preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects and maintain excellence under pressure.

EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:

  • Standard office equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and digital content platforms.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and other office equipment.

TRAVEL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to travel, work flexible hours, and support ministry events as needed.

  • Born again believer and must adhere to this organization's doctrines as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
