Who are we hiring?
The Senior Manager, Executive Protection, serves as a key support role in ensuring the safety and security of executive leadership, high-profile talent, and all MSG-affiliated sports teams. This role aids in the execution of comprehensive protection and training programs by integrating intelligence, risk mitigation, and operational security standards across multiple venues and jurisdictions.
What will you do?
  • Support executive protection operations and sports team security programs.
  • Assist with operational advance work, family support logistics, and other hands-on executive protection tasks as directed.
  • Execute sensitive investigations relating to threats, fraud, corruption, misconduct, and breaches.
  • Assist in anti-counterfeit ticketing and merchandise operations.
  • Conduct counter-surveillance operations to combat terrorism and direct threats against Madison Square Garden Entertainment.
  • Develop strong relationships with law enforcement and regulatory bodies at local, state, federal, and international levels.
  • Partner closely with executive support staff and sports team operations to maintain consistent, high-level security standards.
  • Support Red Team operations and penetration testing for all Madison Square Garden Entertainment venues.
  • Able to manage several high-priority initiatives simultaneously and autonomously.
  • Support additional special events, high-profile engagements, arena operations, and crisis response needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging threats, risks, and issues related to fraudulent and corruption-related schemes and activities.
  • Work extended hours and travel frequently with little or no notice.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, intelligence, military, or corporate security.
  • Must pass physical fitness examination administered by the company.
  • Strong case management and time management skills.
  • Proven success in protective operations.
  • Experience supporting professional sports teams or high-net-worth principals.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with investigative and intelligence tools, digital review systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • LEOSA/HR-218 preferred.

Special Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
  • This position requires a valid New York State driver's license.

Pay Range
$96,000-$180,000 USD
