What  you'll create

• Curated, seasonally driven menus that reflect a unique culinary point of view
• Elevated, guest-centric dining experiences with a focus on storytelling through food
• Signature dishes that define the restaurant’s identity and reputation
• Beautifully composed plates that meet the highest standards of luxury presentation

Who you are

• Prior experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
• A refined culinary professional with experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or Michelin-caliber kitchens
• A creative leader with a strong personal style and attention to detail
• Deeply knowledgeable in modern and classical techniques
• A natural mentor who inspires excellence and growth within your team
• Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with every dish
