About the Role
We’re growing fast and looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Account Executive who’s ready to own a territory, win new business, and build long-term partnerships with some of the most innovative companies in the industry.
As an Account Executive, you won’t just sell solutions—you’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients. You’ll open new doors, uncover opportunities, and help organizations use Velociti’s technology, services, and consulting capabilities to run smarter, more efficiently, and more competitively.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and industry research.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Leverage your understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and MaaS solutions to position Velociti competitively.
  • Build deep, lasting relationships with C-suite, operations, and procurement leaders.
  • Expand and grow existing accounts through consultative conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—Solutions Engineering, Operations, Finance—to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Represent Velociti at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing strategic sales plans and closing deals with enterprise-level clients.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel overnight, including weekends as needed for trade shows or customer meetings.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience selling technology-based or logistics services in transportation, telematics, or IoT-related industries.
  • Deep understanding of solution-based sales and complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
