    About the Role
    Do you love working with your hands, solving problems on the go, and hitting the open road? Velociti is looking for a driven, adaptable Field Service Technician in Seattle, WA to join our growing team and help power the future of logistics and fleet technology across the country.

    What You’ll Do
    • Travel nationwide to install, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge 12-volt electronic systems—think GPS, tire inflation monitors, refrigeration sensors, warehouse tech, and more.
    • Utilize diagnostic computers and software for troubleshooting and configuration.
    • Perform all work in accordance with standard operating procedures, engineering specifications, and safety protocols.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services performed using mobile computing devices and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and project leaders to ensure clarity of expectations and resolution of issues.
    • Independently manage service schedules and travel itineraries in coordination with dispatch or operations teams.
    Who You Are
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in 12-volt electronics, automotive, mechanical, or related technical work.
    • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
    • Comfort with frequent nationwide travel and overnight stays.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting.
    • Ability to work independently and follow procedures precisely.
    • Basic tech skills—Microsoft Office, mobile apps, digital documentation.
    • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds, stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders,
    • Perform physical tasks in varied environments and temperatures both indoors and outdoors.
    Preferred Skills
    • Formal technical training or certification in automotive, electrical, or electronics repair.
    • Prior field service or mobile installation experience.
    • Previous experience with fleet technologies or warehouse automation systems.
