Account Executive (Recruiting & Sales Focus)
Since 1992, Tradesmen International has been the construction industry's premier Construction Labor Support Company, helping contractors greatly improve their workforce productivity while reducing their labor costs and recruitment efforts. We are now seeking a full-time Account Executive/Recruiter to join our team and grow with us. This position plays a key role in both sales and recruiting-building strong relationships with clients while sourcing, screening, and placing skilled construction professionals in the field.
Prior recruiting experience is preferred. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience recruiting in construction, skilled trades, light industrial, or related industries, along with the ability to manage a full sales and staffing cycle.

  • Grow Sales - Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your set territory to manage current Clients as well as develop new business.
  • Commitment to Safety - Conduct safety walkouts with Field Employees and review safety checklists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction - Conduct routine check-ins with Clients and Field Employees to take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues - Share best practices and facilitate an environment of learning, maintain open communication and transparency with all team members to operate as a well-oiled machine.
