The Role We Need:
 
PadSplit is growing rapidly, and we're expanding our Sales team to meet increasing demand from property owners and real estate investors eager to join our mission. As we continue to scale, we need driven Account Executives who can connect new partners to the PadSplit platform and help unlock more affordable housing opportunities across the country.

Here's What You'll Do Day-To-Day:
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify new prospects from a mix of inbound (80%) and outbound (20%) leads.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Sales Execution: Deliver tailored pitches that demonstrate the superior financial and social impact of PadSplit.
  • Presentations & Webinars: Host group presentations for real estate investors to showcase PadSplit's value proposition.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate deal flow in Salesforce and SalesLoft, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a seamless partner experience.
  • Feedback Loop: Share customer insights to help refine our sales strategy and influence product development.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Here's What You'll Need To Be Successful:
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years in consultative B2B inside sales, with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Outbound Skills: Proficiency in phone, email, and text-based prospecting and outreach.
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in managing accurate data and workflow within Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to engage, educate, and influence small to mid-market clients.
  • Communication: Confident speaking and presenting over video to groups or individuals.
  • Industry Interest: Curiosity and enthusiasm for real estate and the future of housing innovation.
  • Cultural Fit: Embodies PadSplit's values-compassionate directness, integrity, optimism, curiosity, empathy, and strong work ethic.
  • Bonus Experience: Background in real estate investment or prior success in an early-stage startup sales role.
The Interview Process:
  • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager
  • If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a phone screen with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our Revenue Ops Lead for forty-five (45) minutes
  • If warranted, the final step would be a video panel interview with our with our Sales Leadership team presenting research from a Case Study.
  • If warranted, then we move to offer!
$20,000 - $42,000 a year
Compensation is based on the role's scope, market benchmarks, the person's expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals. In addition to the base salary, there is a commission component:
The base salary range for an Account Executive I is $20,000-$30,000 USD with a variable commission structure.
Variable: $25 per room expansion
On-Target Variable Commission is 480 rooms/year, or $12,000 in variable compensation
