Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 + 10% Target Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting & External Reporting Manager:

  • Lead SEC reporting activities, including preparation and review of filing documentation.
  • Manage stock-based compensation accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and oversee financial statements, monthly reporting packages, and financial reporting schedules.
  • Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and technical accounting matters.
  • Manage lease accounting processes, disclosures, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with auditors, FP&A, and finance leadership while driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications for the Accounting & External Reporting Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
  • 7-10 years of accounting experience.
  • SEC reporting experience required.
  • CPA preferred and experience with Workiva and/or D365 is highly desirable.
