About the Role
The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will partner closely with experienced Clinical Directors and operational leaders to learn all aspects of clinical leadership within assisted living. This position is designed to build the next generation of clinical leaders by providing real-world experience in:

  • Commitment to developing into a Clinical Director leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, home health, hospice, or healthcare settings
  • Prior leadership, charge nurse, supervisory, or management experience
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Passion for mentoring others and building high-performing teams
