PikPack Packaging Inc. is a growing company specializing in sustainable, eco-friendly food packaging solutions for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, QSRs, caterers, and food-service businesses.

We provide both standard and customized packaging solutions, including branded paper bags, food containers, napkins, take-out packaging, and other sustainable products designed to help businesses improve their brand image while reducing their environmental impact.

We are looking for a motivated and professional Marketing Executive who can help us expand our B2B customer base and build long-term relationships with restaurant and food-service businesses.

Position Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, promoting PikPack's sustainable packaging solutions, and building relationships with restaurant and food-service customers.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, understand B2B marketing and sales, and be able to communicate the value of customized, sustainable food packaging solutions to business owners and purchasing decision-makers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, developing relationships, making sales presentations, and helping businesses find packaging solutions that fit their brand and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new B2B customers within the restaurant, café, bakery, QSR, catering, and food-service industries.
  • Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, email, networking, social media, and in-person visits.
  • Present PikPack's sustainable and customized packaging solutions to business owners and purchasing managers.
  • Explain the benefits of custom-branded packaging and how packaging can strengthen a customer's brand identity.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate packaging products and solutions.
  • Develop relationships with restaurant owners, purchasing managers, chefs, and food-service operators.
  • Generate leads and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Follow up on quotations, samples, custom packaging projects, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, design, purchasing, and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist customers with customized packaging specifications, branding, quantities, and pricing.
  • Promote sustainable alternatives to traditional plastic and non-environmentally friendly packaging.
  • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, networking events, and industry events when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the company's CRM or sales system.
  • Meet established sales and customer-development goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the food-service packaging industry.

Required Qualifications
