The Executive Support Coordinator is a strategic partner focused on increasing the effectiveness, capacity, and impact of the Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer (CLO).

This role will provide daytoday executive support, operating confidently, proactively, and independently in a fastpaced, highly visible environment. The Executive Support Coordinator role requires exceptional judgement, discretion, organizational effectiveness, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a corporate environment - helping power Corteva's growth. What You'll Do: Serve as the focal point for planning, managing and helping execute the activities related to the CLO Proactively manage throughput and output tasks associated with Legal priorities and initiatives Interface with senior leaders, external partners and peers to help drive the CLO's goals and objectives Lead coordination and synthesis of meeting pre-work and post-work actions; maintain meeting minutes and engage with appropriate stakeholders to secure necessary materials Orchestrate the smooth transition of CLO conversations and meetings into clear go-forward actions and deadlines Manage complex, dynamic calendars; prioritize requests and proactively optimize the CLO's time Coordinate meetings, events, and other engagements; plan agendas, create/secure briefing materials, and lead action item tracking Coordinate domestic and international travel Manage expense reporting activities timely and efficiently Prepare communications; create reports, presentations and documentation Manage daily office operations, including file/records storage, workspace and equipment coordination, and onboarding/offboarding activities Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives What Skills You Need: Experience supporting senior executives preferred, but comparable strategic support experience within areas such as business administration, communications, human resources, or legal is welcome Bachelor's degree required and previous equivalent experience preferred.
