ABOUT THE ROLE
Snowflake is looking for a talented, execution-oriented Manager of Executive Communications to support communications strategy for our GTM leadership team.
This role is embedded within Snowflake's Executive Communications team and sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and operations. You will help bring GTM leaders' voices to life across external channels, thought leadership platforms, and internal forums - ensuring their communications are sharp, consistent, and connected to Snowflake's go-to-market priorities.
This is a role for someone who loves the craft of communications, thrives on building systems that scale, and brings energy and creativity to every project they touch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Communications Leadership
  • Serve as a dedicated communications partner for Snowflake's GTM leadership, supporting a broad range of internal and external communications initiatives
  • Develop polished messaging, talking points, and written communications that reflect each leader's voice, priorities, and strategic positioning

Thought Leadership & Executive Presence
  • Create compelling thought leadership content including op-eds, bylines, social posts, and long-form narratives that amplify GTM leaders' points of view
  • Support keynote and speaking preparation - from content development to messaging rehearsal - to enhance executive presence at industry events, customer summits, and other external forums
  • Identify and prioritize external speaking opportunities, awards, and visibility moments that advance GTM leaders' profiles

Social & Campaign Workflows
  • Build and manage streamlined workflows for executive social media content, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence across platforms
  • Partner with social, PR, and other marketing teams to coordinate content calendars and campaign moments tied to GTM leadership priorities
  • Develop and maintain a reusable content library to increase speed, consistency, and scale

Internal Forums & Employee Engagement
  • Lead the planning and execution of internal forums that showcase GTM leadership's strategic priorities and connect field and marketing teams to company direction
  • Draft communications for All Hands moments, leadership Q&As, team-facing announcements, and culture-building initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Marketing, PR, and Field Marketing teams to align executive messaging with broader campaigns and GTM moments
  • Collaborate with the broader Executive Communications team to ensure GTM leadership narratives connect to Snowflake's company-wide leadership story

ABOUT YOU
  • 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, content strategy, or a related field - ideally in an enterprise technology or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives with written communications, thought leadership, or executive visibility programs
  • Exceptional writer with strong editorial instincts and the ability to write in someone else's voice
  • Operationally minded: you build systems, maintain workflows, and don't let things fall through the cracks
  • Collaborative by nature with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with B2B technology, GTM strategy, or marketing/sales dynamics is a strong plus
