A day in the life

The Manager, Internal Communications supports employee communications operations that increase engagement, build awareness of company initiatives, and strengthen culture across key internal channels. Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, this role partners with global communications, IT, production, HR, and regional colleagues to executetimelyand effective communications through email, digital signage, The Hub, town halls, and related platforms. The role manages communication operations, measurement, and technology-enabled execution, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. This role is based in Prologis' San Francisco headquarters and isrequiredto work in person a minimum of three days each week with the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Stage and publish communication drafts for emails, newsletters, intranet stories, and other internal channels whilemaintainingaccuracy and consistency.

  • Partner with global communications, IT, production, HR, and regional teams to improvethe employeeexperience on The Hub and support high-priority internal communications.

  • Coordinate technical and content execution for quarterly town halls, including Zoom meetings and webinars, in partnership with IT and the broader communications team.

  • Track, analyze, and report quarterly and annual internal communications results, including survey data from platforms such as Qualtrics, toidentifyinsights and recommendations.

  • Manage digital signage content throughPoppuloby coordinating updates, keeping information current, and partnering with the account manager as needed.

  • Support crisis and urgent communications during natural disasters, public health issues, and other time-sensitive situations by reviewing plans and providing communications input.

  • Manage internal communications operations, including the Corporate Communications email inbox, external award submissions, invoices, annual contracts, and related communications technology processes.

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Track recordof managing internal communications operations.

  • Experience using communications and collaboration platforms such as Qualtrics, Zoom,Wistia, Outlook, SharePoint, Trello, email platforms, andPoppulo.

  • Ability to write, edit, and communicate clearly with internal audiences and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ability to organize competing priorities, meet deadlines consistently, andmaintainaccuracy in detailed communications work.

  • Ability to use data and reporting to evaluate communications performance and recommend improvements.

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

  • Ability to work in person at the San Francisco headquarters a minimum of three days each week.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • Demonstrates willingness and capability toleverageemerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Rangeof:$118,000 - $146,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to bedeterminedby the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
