Work You'll Do

As a HR Strategy & Operations Manager with a focus on Talent Acquisition Transformation, you will serve as a key delivery leader across client engagements spanning talent acquisition strategy, operating model design, service delivery transformation, process improvement, and technology enablement. You will bring deep subject matter expertise in talent acquisition, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to drive complex transformation programs across industries. In this role, you will:

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned to enterprise workforce priorities, including business cases, investment rationale, and ROI models for transformation initiatives
  • Advise clients on TA service delivery models, including recruiting operating model design, governance, organizational design, and the effective use of RPO and hybrid delivery approaches
  • Lead process and experience design across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from requisition planning through onboarding, with a focus on efficiency, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes
  • Advising on talent acquisition technology strategy, including market trends, vendor evaluation, selection, design, and implementation
  • Lead project delivery activities by managing workplans, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, escalating issues, and ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop multi-year Digital HR and TA technology strategies that improve HR and recruiting performance, service delivery, and workforce experience
  • Contributing to thought leadership and mentoring junior team members through coaching, feedback, and capability development

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR consulting, or talent acquisition advisory, with specialization in talent acquisition transformation
  • 1+ year experience working in a consulting environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI-powered talent acquisition tools and leading ATS/CRM platforms, including their practical application
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience leading project workstreams, including planning, coordinating team activities, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely achievement of project milestones
  • 2+ years of experience interfacing directly with senior executives and clients
  • Experience participating in at least one RFP or RFI process, including scoring and evaluating HR products and services

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.
