Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy Executive Chef for our high-end wine-inspired restaurant concept. The menu is from scratch and features many items locally sourced. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory and controlling costs. 


Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on, lead-by-example management style
  • Create daily specials to compliment our seasonal menu
  • Execute high profile special events
  • Maintain proper staffing levels commensurate with the business volume


Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' Executive Chef experience
  • Strong organization skills and financial acumen
  • Fine dining or upscale background
  • Passion for training and developing others
