Qualifications
  • Must come from Luxury Hotel or Resort- Forbes 4 or 5 Star
  • Minimum 4 years as an Executive Banquet Chef or Banquet Chef
  • Has managed a minimum of 15M in Banquets and 40k in meeting space
  • Must have good tenure, no more than two jobs in the last five years
Responsibilities
  • Manage all Banquet and Catering at the Resort including the ADR
  • Working closely with the Catering Sales and Banquets team to design creative menus, and amenity options while ensuring an exceptional product and presentation
  • Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
