Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Call Center Representative responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects through cold calling, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset, particularly within telecommunications services including wireless, broadband, TV, and VoIP.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects to close opportunities
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years in call center sales or outbound calling
  • Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales
