Part-Time Call Center Representative (Puerto Rico Residents Only)

notifyMD is hiring part-time remote Call Center Representatives residing in Puerto Rico to handle a high volume of incoming calls by providing professional and comprehensive support to a diverse range of companies that include medical offices, apartment complexes, professional services, and more!

This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. We operate 24/7/365, so this position requires availability to work holidays and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Requirements:

  • Skills: 35+ WPM typing speed, strong computer literacy, solid written communication, and a calm, professional demeanor with upset callers.
  • Hardware: Windows 10 or 11 PC or Laptop (No Apple Products, tablets, or Chromebooks), with 1GB of storage and a screen resolution of 1600 X 900. A wired USB headset with a microphone.
  • Internet: High-speed broadband with a direct Ethernet connection (No Wi-Fi or satellite).
  • Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free environment
  • Reside in Puerto Rico

Schedules and Training:

  • Various Part-Time shifts ranging between 20-29 hours.
  • Training is 1-2 weeks and paid before moving to your permanent schedule.
