Responsabilidades:

  • Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes
  • Brindar información y orientación a clientes
  • Manejar y resolver situaciones de manera efectiva
  • Registrar información en sistemas

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente o call center (preferible)
  • Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal
  • Dominio básico de computadoras
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos
  • Bilingüe (español e inglés) es un plus

 Horario:
Lunes a sábado (sábados alternos), turnos rotativos entre 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.


Pay Details: $10.50 to $10.75 per hour
